1. What are jelly wax melts?
Jelly wax melts are a fun twist on traditional wax melts. They have a soft, jelly-like texture that melts in your wax burner to release long-lasting, powerful fragrance. They're mess-free, easy to use, and give your space a unique vibe.
2. How do I use jelly wax melts?
Scoop a small amount of jelly wax (usually 1-2 teaspoons) into your wax burner dish. Turn on your electric burner or light a tealight underneath (for tealight burners), and enjoy the fragrance as it fills your room!
3. Are jelly wax melts safe to use?
Yes! Our jelly wax melts are made with high-quality, non-toxic ingredients. Always use them with appropriate wax burners and never leave burners unattended. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
4. How long does the scent last?
Each scoop offers strong fragrance for up to 8–12 hours, depending on your burner and room size. You can remelt until the scent fades, then dispose of the used jelly wax safely.
5. Can I reuse the jelly wax?
Yes! You can reheat the same jelly wax a few times until the scent is no longer noticeable. After that, simply let it cool, remove it from your burner, and replace with fresh jelly wax.
6. Do you offer sample packs or bundles?

7. Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes – all LL Cool Jellys wax melts are vegan, cruelty-free, and made with love. We never test on animals.
8. How should I store my jelly wax melts?
Keep your melts in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. This keeps the scent fresh and the texture perfect for scooping.
9. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the UK. Stay tuned – we’re working on international shipping soon!
10. How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days. UK delivery typically takes 2–5 working days after dispatch. You’ll receive tracking info once your order ships.
11. Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to the nature of our products, we can’t accept returns on used items. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days – we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
12. Do you make custom scents or bulk orders?
Yes! For custom orders, events, or bulk requests (like party favours or business gifts), drop us a message – we’d love to work something out.
